Foxhouses Park is a development of leisure homes, with occupancy permitted for 50 weeks of the year. It is located in the magnificent Bowland countryside near the picturesque village of Scorton. The Park & its environs comprise a natural woodland & lake setting by the banks of the river Wyre which abounds with wildlife including deer. For your convenience, there is a laundry on site. Our fishing lakes are just half a mile down the road.
The park manager lives on site plus we have CCTV & a barrier with fob system to enter & leave the park.
The season runs from 15th February until 31st January & the site fees for the 2019 / 2020 season for this lodge are £3,332.69 + VAT. Site fees are payable annually by 31st January. Finance is available should you wish to pay site fees over a 10 month period.
Invoices for rates, refuse collection, septic tank emptying & site maintenance are issued annually in April.
Invoices for electricity are issued quarterly in March, June, September & December.
Invoices for water are issued half yearly in March & September.
Gas bottles are paid for as & when they are required.
